Antenna is a new Sydney rock’n’roll band fronted by Shogun (Royal Headache). Cammy Cautious & The Wrestlers, originally from the Blue Mountains, have been playing shows around Sydney, where they’re now based, for the past year. Their lofi EP ‘Sun Drink’ blends fuzzed out garage rock with more softly sung melodic songs, led by Will Cooke and Sarah Joy. Big Echo is a new wave project by duo Liam (Zipper, Wireheads, Nylex) and Celeste (Zipper, Nylex, Rule of Thirds) from Newcastle/Mulubinba, featuring reverberant dual vocals with moody saxophone, melodic guitar and steadfast synth lines. Local psych pop rockers Tropical Strength return to Franks after releasing a couple new singles.
